We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard
and America Express as payment.
Health care professionals must
first complete a credit application before we can extend terms. Processing a credit application normally takes 10 days.
Pricing
We believe you will be pleased with both our products and our prices. If
you should see a product we carry elsewhere at a lower price, call us. We make
every attempt to meet or beat our competitors’ prices. We do reserve the
right to change prices without prior notice.
Shipping
Orders received before 12:00 a.m.
Monday through Friday are shipped the same day via
UPS ground service. We pay freight on all orders over $225.00
shipped within continental United States. A $9.00 Freight charge will be added to orders under $200.00. Freight charges
will apply to orders shipped outside of continental USA. We pay the freight on backorders
totaling over $20.00. You will be asked to reorder out of stock items totaling under $20.00. Sorry we do not ship to
PO boxes or foreign addresses.
If you need
faster delivery time, we are more than happy to accommodate you. Additional freight charges will apply.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product you may return it for
full refund within 30 days of invoice date.
Priced, dated, discontinued, and/or items special ordered for you may not be returned.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our home office.
