Pricing
We believe you will be pleased with both our products and our prices. If you should see
a product we carry elsewhere at a lower price, call us. We make every attempt to meet or beat our competitors’
prices. We do reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Shipping
Orders received before 12:00 a.m.
Monday through Friday are shipped the same day via UPS ground service. We pay freight on all orders over $225.00 shipped within continental
United States. Actual freight charges (based on UPS
rates) will apply to orders under $225.00. We pay
the freight on backorders totaling over $20.00. You will be asked to reorder out of stock items totaling under $20.00. Sorry we do not ship to PO Boxes or foreign addresses. If you would
like to place an order for shipment to a foreign address, please call us at 425-836-3309 or Fax us at 425-868-5393.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product , you may return it within 30 days of invoice date.
Priced, dated, discontinued, and/or items special ordered for you may not be returned. No returns
will be accepted without prior authorization from our home office. Freight charges will not be reimbursed.
